Four of the most common reasons for bloating are intestinal yeast overgrowth, poor food combining, gluten sensitivity or celiac disease and food intolerances.
1. Intestinal Yeast Overgrowth
This is one of the most common reasons for bloating. It may sound serious but it is very treatable. It is the typical result of long-term antibiotic use. Taking up a no-sugar diet may work or incorporation of yeast-killing supplements and ingesting probiotics will do.
2. Poor food combining
This is easy to avoid. Our digestion is affected by the food we eat together. Do not combine fruits with anything, most especially with proteins.
3. Gluten sensitivity or celiac disease
If eating grain products make you suffer from bloating may it be with or without gassiness, diarrhea or constipation, you maybe experiencing intolerance to gluten. To confirm, there may be a need for a blood test.
4. Food intolerances
These stress your immune system. The Inflammation may irritate the intestinal tract. If you have a history of asthma, eczema, allergies or a family history of autoimmune disease resulting bloating, you may become intolerant to the food you ingest typically.
