Wife Thought Her Husband Was Late For Their Daughter’s Recital, What Happened Next Surprised Her!

The story where a child has a performance and his/her parents could not make it due to busy schedule or coming in late or not at all making the whole family feel down, is a very common story.

What we have now is a very wonderful video by Quaker Canada with relation to the story told above. The video’s plot twist may make you need to grab some tissues.

Lauren is a 10 year old girl who loves to dance. According to her, dancing is a very part of her life. She took her first dance class when she was four. It makes her feel good doing what she actually likes to do.

Michael is the father of Lauren, he believes that his children are not going to be kids forever. Time flies so fast that you may not even recognize it.

When asked the father and daughter, “If you could do anything together, what would you do?” Lauren’s answer is very much obvious.

So, they both trained secretly. 

On recital day, Lauren’s mother was caught on cam worried, looking for Michael, she does not have any idea regarding the performance of her husband and their daughter.

She kept on calling Michael until the dance started. It can be seen on her face that she was really surprised. What a touching family moment!

“As a parent you find yourself doing crazy things for your kids,” said Michael. “They wont be kids forever, which makes today, that much more important,” he added.
