Unicorn Woman in China - Doctors Can't Believe She Actually Has Horn Like a Unicorn!

Medical Experts in China were stunned to find out about this old woman who went to the hospital to have her "unicorn horn" taken out of her head. The old woman shocked everyone at the clinic when they saw the sprouting horn growing from her head.

Her villagers were quick to find out about the unicorn woman and since then they have been checking it out and saw it grow from small one to 13-cm-long single large mass. As of the moment, medical professionals were baffled with the discovery of this unicorn horn.

The 87-year-old Guiyan village resident was identified to be Liang Xiuzhen. She resides at the Ziyang City in Sichuan Province.

As per Xiuzhen's son Wang Chaojun, he had discovered about the unicorn horn earlier. In fact, it just seemed like a black mole growing at the top of her head just a decade ago. He said: My mother complained about this mole-like growth on her head that itched all the time.

They have been to several clinics and finding ways to cure the itch. They have used various medial treatments and cure but none work. They even tried traditional Chinese medicine but still, they end up not having it treated.

However, a couple of years ago, the mole developed into a small horn-like mass, about a size of a little finger. And when Xiuzhen broke it accidentally early this year, now it grew faster.

In just six months, the horn seemed like elephant husks sprouting from her head. Her son said: Now the horn hurts my mother, preventing her from sleeping, it bleeds from time to time!

Doctors in Sichuan found out this is actually a medical condition called cornu cutaneum, the clinic experts actually think its a keratinous skin tumor resembling the horn. Most of the time, these are small and benign. However, they can develop into malignant tumors and grow larger like in this case.

For now, the medical professionals from Sichuan have been contemplating on the removal of the horn through surgery. The surgeons have consulted their family but the latter has reservations due to her old age.
